Description
Component of Syn248 business phone system, this auto attendant scheduler with day/night mode lets you customize call handling during business hours and after. Use this auto attendant to answer outside calls, provide callers with a company directory and route them to the appropriate extension. The Syn248 Analog Gateway with web-based administration supports 24 extensions and 4 phone line connections, and you can combine two gateways to support up to 8 lines. To improve customer service, each extension offers 30 minutes of voicemail storage. Your employees can customize their messages based on their daily schedules, ensuring callers are handled effectively. Rack-mountable gateway provides a standard phone connection for power-failure bypass. Other features include one Ethernet connection, automated attendant and custom recording for an on-hold message. Back up individual deskset and system settings so that they can be restored if the network or a deskset loses its settings.
